A mile from UVM Medical Center, our apartments are conveniently located in the heart of South Burlington, steps away from shops like Healthy Living, Trader Joes, and Target. 112 Garden Street Apartments offer a wide range of amenities, with a professional and dedicated Management and Maintenance team. Residents of 112 Garden Street must be pre-approved to utilize the UVM Health Network Housing.


The 112 Garden Street Apartments go beyond basic amenities. The building has studio, one bedroom, and two bedroom floor plan options.   

All your utilities are included, along with high-speed 200 Mbps internet, with the option to upgrade internet and cable services for an additional fee. The building is equipped with on-site laundry rooms, a mail and package room, and a pet washing station. With premium fitness equipment and Peloton bikes, our on-site fitness facility is open 24/7. 

Our apartments feature top of the line appliances and premium finishes.  Covered and uncovered parking is available on-site. 112 Garden Street Apartments are pet friendly, with City Center Park located steps away. Additional fees may apply for parking and pets.
